ElevenLabs: server tools under /api/tools/*, signed URL from POST /api/sessions/:id/signed-url, post-call webhook /api/webhooks/elevenlabs. See /agent/README.md.

Salesforce: mock adapter only. Interface is pullOpportunities / pushChanges.
