Reset demo state to seed

1. Open the admin console (/${ADMIN_ROUTE_PREFIX}).
2. Open Data.
3. Click Reset to seed.
4. Confirm the flash: C2 re-ran at the org clock (triage.yaml reference_date).
5. If DEMO_ANALYST_FIXTURE is true, C2b fixture flags for the quarter-end cluster are inserted.
6. Open the manager pipeline and the rep attention list. Rachel Okafor should own the five scenario deals.

From a shell instead:

pnpm seed
# then in admin, Run C2, or POST /api/admin/ops/triage with x-admin-prefix

pnpm seed restores rows. Admin reset also re-runs triage (and fixture analyst).
